Separate subdivision – the Test center of petrol, oil, lubricants composed of six stationary and two mobile laboratories has been established to ensure more effective control of the quality of POL in the network of OKKO filling complexes.

Laboratories of the Test center are equipped with modern highly accurate equipment produced in the USA, Japan, Austria, Germany and Great Britain.

Control of oil products quality is performed by three-stage system.

1. Access control

Access control provides for quality control of oil products in every cistern wagon, which arrives to oil terminals of the Concern. These tests and analysis gives us the possibility to perform monitoring of the oil products quality of different oil processing plants (OPP) and give recommendations to commercial direction of the Company as to OPP rating concerning quality of oil products offered by them.

2. Control of keeping oil products quality in reservoirs of oil terminal

Specimens for quality control from the reservoir are taken after discharge of each fuel consignment.

As a result of this specimen we get oil product quality passport, which the next day accompanies oil product in the car together with goods-transport invoice from the terminal to the filling station.

3. Control of oil products quality at the filling stations

Control of oil products quality at each filling station is regularly performed by stationary laboratories and a specially established mobile laboratory.

Specimens of oil products taken at the filling station are analyzed in the laboratory according to the branch of accreditation of the laboratory. The quality passport is filled in by the test results of each kind of fuel, and this passport is kept at the filling stations in the open place for consumers.

Efficiency of information exchange concerning quality of oil products is provided by the specially established information-analytical system.
