Hotline – for Hot Problems

Recently a hotline of OKKO petrol stations help desk has started to run in test mode.  This project is a very important step in developing OKKO petrol stations network, and it carries numerous missions.  First of all, it is called to establish efficient dialogue with OKKO’s existing and prospective customers, guarantee timely response to their growing needs and generate new ideas for network development.  Just dialing the hotline number our customers will be offered the information on various aspects of OKKO network's activities, get an opportunity to leave their suggestions and comments regarding any specific petrol station and the network in general. 
The other, not least important mission of OKKO hotline is servicing of corporate (internal) calls.  To react most quickly to critical situations that might occur, the hotline undertook servicing of calls from petrol stations workers and petrol storage depots.  This enables any OKKO worker  to call the hotline, if a problem arises with a petrol station of petroleum depot equipment, their look or any problem that may interfere with the object's regular work.  The received information immediately enters the main office of Open JSC “Galnaftogaz Concern”, and beyond working hours - the mobile phone of the responsible worker.  This way, with joint efforts, we will be able to find timely solutions to crucial problems and inconveniences blocking the work.
Line number is 8 800 501 10 10. It is free for callers from any country region (except calls from mobile phones). Upon completion of test mode, hotline number will be available on OKKO site and in all advertising materials.
