Already econd year in a row on the 1st of May, on International Workers' Day, Concern Galnaftogaz conducts Solidarity campaign. The main point of it is that all volunteers among head office and branches employees can work at OKKO filling complexes on the day off as junior operators (fuelers) or salesroom operators. The purpose of campaign is to understand performance of our colleagues who work at filling complexes better, and also to realize better our clients' needs through getting own experience at filling complex.
Special working clothes and badge with actual position of the employee are given to every campaign participant, on the eve of campaign all participants passed an instruction and took an examination on labour protection and accident prevention, and also the special express training concerning spheres of action of junior operators and operators, and Standards of services in OKKO filling complexes network. Filling complexes employees, clients and Mystery shoppers, who will work hard this day and watch after the observance of all requirements and instructions, will estimate performance quality of company managers.

40 persons took part in Solidarity campaign in L'viv, Rivne and Uzhhorod last year. This year over 100 Concern Galnaftogaz employees declared their wish to participate in Solidarity campaign. Campaign will pass in L'viv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Uzhhorod, Rivne, Vinnytsya, Kirovohrad and Kharkiv. So, arrive at OKKO filling complex on the 1st of May.
