Ivan Franko National University of L'viv SIFE team, which is supported by Concern Galnaftogaz during two years already, won SIFE-Ukraine anniversary national competition, which took place on the 1st of June in International Management Institute in Kyiv for the second time in a row, and, thus, defended their champion's title. Team-winner acquired a right to represent Ukraine at SIFE World Cup, which will take place in October of this year in Los Angeles, California.

During the academic year students from National University of L'viv SIFE team worked actively with various projects, which were aimed at the improvement of life of people, who needed help.

The purpose of the project, titled Hlynchyky, was to help people with Down syndrome occupied in Romashka rehabilitation centre, in rehabilitation and creative development. This project took place under the auspices of Concern Galnaftogaz. During classes people with special necessities assisted by SIFE team volunteers made souvenirs – Hlynchyky – clay pots connected with twine. They are decorated with accessible ornaments, for example, using straw and fibers, and covered with drawings, whereupon they hit the store shelves.
Among other important projects realized by SIFE team this year are: Job_Co, Sashko Meta, New Farm, Znyzhkovyi Boom.
