Scammers have become more active on the Internet, particularly on Facebook and Instagram, creating pages and advertisements claiming that OKKO network is giving away fuel, cars, and other rewards for subscribing.
In order to receive gifts, the scammers ask you to follow links and subscribe to a Telegram channels supposedly “belonging” to our company, and as a result gaining unauthorized access to your personal messengers, in this case, hacking Telegram.
We officially claim that our network has no relation to such activities.
We draw our customers' attention that we inform about all promotions, discounts, and giveaways only on our official sources: website of the network www.okko.ua, official pages on Facebook and Instagram, or through notifications from the Fishka loyalty program.
We are actively working with our cybersecurity specialists and submit requests to block such phishing pages. However, scammers work quickly, and there are now dozens of similar pages on the network.
To avoid becoming a victim of fraudsters on the Internet, carefully check the address of the link you have received. Do not follow the link if the address contains a strange set of characters. If you do follow the link, do not enter your personal data or phone number under any circumstances. We urge all OKKO customers never forward such information to friends or share it in groups.
