Each time you buy fuel or any other goods at OKKO filling stations, you earn points on your Fishka card. Follow our discounts and special offers to make every stop by “OKKO” even more beneficial. Points earned for buying fuel may be used in 24-hours after the purchase, while points for buying other goods become available in 14 days after the purchase.

You can use your points to buy almost anything at “OKKO”. You can buy fuel, fragrant coffee, tasty meal in our café or restaurant, or wash your car. To use your points, you need to show your virtual Fishka card in the app or plastic card and enter the PIN-code.

You can also earn and spend your points when purchasing from other partners of FISHKA loyalty program and get a cashback with points in more than 50 online stores.

  • Where can I find information about my personal discount?

    Information about the personal discount is received monthly on Viber or in SMS. It can also be found in the personal account on myfishka.com, in the Fishka mobile application, and in chatbots in Messenger, Telegram and Viber.

    You get your discount in a form of points at your Fishka card. They are added to the overall balance of your Fishka account and they become available in 24 hours after buying fuel. Your personal discount is added to the discount you get when paying for fuel with OKKO PAY.

  • How to get information about the earned and spent points?

    You can get the information about a transaction (the sum and date of purchase, the number of points earned and spent) from a receipt, in your user account at myfishka.com or in Fishka mobile app.

  • I don`t have my Fishka card on me. Can I get points from a receipt?

    Unfortunately, no. You earn points only when the card is scanned before the financial transaction is finished.

    In order to have your Fishka card always at hand, download the mobile app and use a digital card instead of a physical plastic one.

  • How to find out the PIN-code to my Fishka card?

    You can retrieve the PIN-code at the website myfishka.com or in the Fishka mobile app. If you can’t recall the phone number you registered your Fishka card account to, please, contact us at the phone number 0 800 505 118. After you go through identification, a phone agent will provide you with all the necessary information.

  • Do I get points when I pay with fuel cards or fuel coupons?

    No, you don`t get any points. Clients get the benefits in a form of a fixed discount on fuel.

  • How to get free coffee at “OKKO” for my birthday?

    On your birthday day, visit any “OKKO” filling station or any of A la minute, Pasta Mia, or Meiwei restaurants, show your Fishka card and get your free coffee or tea.
