On July 2, the winners of the 100 best employers of Ukraine 2025 were awarded, as well as TOP-35 HRD of leading Ukrainian companies according to the "TOP-100. Ratings of the largest" and the business portal Delo.ua.
About 150 companies were competing for a place in the rating. OKKO took the 4th place, the top ten also included ATB, MHP, Nova Poshta, DTEK, Kyivstar, McDonald's in Ukraine, Metinvest, Farmak and Astarta.
75 professionals competed for the title of the leader of the HR profession, among the top 35 was OKKO's HRD Yevheniia Kuzminska, who took 8th place and received the award in the Best HR Development Program nomination.
The winners of both ratings were determined by the expert jury, taking into account the results of online voting, which took place on the Delo.ua portal in May-June 2025.
