OKKO IS AMONG THE TOP 15 BUSINESSES DEVELOPING UKRAINIAN EDUCATION - DELO AND KSE RATING

Delo.ua has published a rating of the largest business investors in Ukrainian education, based on a study conducted jointly with the Kyiv School of Economics. OKKO network took 11th place among 52 companies from various industries, becoming the only representative of fuel retail in the top20.

The final place was determined based on a comprehensive index of educational philanthropy and the volume of investments in education in 2022-2025.

"The role of business in forming a circle of qualified specialists in Ukraine is growing. We believe that partnerships with universities and involvement of company experts in the educational process are highly important, as this way the market gets specialists better prepared for Ukrainian realities. In addition, it is a support for the future of Ukraine, hence our contribution to the development of the country's economy," SAID YEVHENIIA KUZMINSKA, HRD OF OKKO.

The main focus of OKKO's assistance is to provide the Armed Forces of Ukraine, but the company also invests in education of current personnel and young people as well. In 2022-2025, OKKO's investments in educational programs amounted to UAH 65.8 million, including partnership with universities, joint events and financial support for educational programs and scholarships, involvement of company experts, and reconstruction of four educational institutions in Kyiv region destroyed during the invasion. OKKO's partners include leading educational institutions of Kyiv, Lviv and Chernivtsi. The business also develops educational courses and platforms for both employees and students.

As of July 2025 OKKO has allocated UAH 2.8 billion since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, to support the Defense Forces and humanitarian initiatives. Since 2022, the network has been donating 1 hrynya from every sold liter of PULLS fuel to strengthen the Armed Forces of Ukraine as part of the joint charity initiative “OKO za OKO”, with “Come Back Alive” Foundation – and also implements its own projects to help the army and develop barrier-free access.
