
In the ranking of employers in Ukraine, jointly compiled by NV and the international HR company Odgers Ukraine, OKKO was named one of the 50 best employers in Ukraine, including one of the top 6 in the fuel and energy sector.
As noted by of the ranking, the study is based not on the evaluation of marketing brands, but on their implementation of the best programs for personnel. The expert jury evaluated businesses in four categories: “Support for veterans and their families,” “Diversity and inclusion programs,” “Support for employees in times of crisis,” and “Talent retention and development.”
The award ceremony for the best employers took place on October 15 in Kyiv during the event “Dialogues with NV. Business and the New Reality.” Olena Kirichenko, head of the adaptation, training, and brand development of employment department at OKKO, took part in the event and received the award on behalf of the company as one of the leaders in the ranking.
