OKKO network installed special double-sided cash registers that operate on a self-checkout system. New equipment was installed at 20 complexes - in Lviv, Kyiv, Pyryatin (Poltava region), Bila Tserkva, Gatne, Ivankiv, Kalynivka (all - Kyiv region).
Self-checkout registers are aiming to speed up customer service. In addition, self-checkout registers have special feature - operators of the fuel station can also work with it if necessary.
Double-sided self-checkout has a simple and clear interface. With their help, you can pay for fuel, food from cafe or goods from station store. The only exception is alcohol and tobacco products. Bonuses are credited to Fishka card during the calculation the same as at a traditional cash desk with an operator. It is possible to make payment with a bank card, fuel cards or coupons.
At the moment the project is working in pilot mode. If this new service would be accepted by customers, OKKO company will scale it to other fuel complexes.
We remind that for customers convenience, it is also possible to use OKKO PAY service, that is available at all fuel stations of the network, i.e. you can pay for fuel, food from cafes or goods from stores directly at any fuel station. You only need to have FISHKA application installed on your smartphone.
