Again, scammers have revived activities in popular messengers. Now there are offers to buy petroleum products in small wholesale – clients are suggested to buy and pay for “a batch of fuel that proceeds to Ukraine”.
To make this rascal scheme more convincing, scammers create fake profiles with avatar photos of real OKKO employees (including general managers of various departments) taking them from open sources and communicate via these profiles with potential buyers, additionally scammers place links to references and recommendations as if made by the happy “customers”.
