In the third quarter of 2025, OKKO network launched one more fuel quality control laboratory, this time a mobile one in the city of Izmail. It will check fuel shipments arriving by sea.
With this launch, the network now has 18 laboratories: 5 mobile and 11 stationary for quality control of light petroleum products (gasoline and diesel fuel), as well as 2 stationary laboratories for liquefied gas. In the first half of 2025 alone, OKKO laboratories collected and tested 10,785 fuel samples from filling stations and oil depots, conducting 61,410 analyses.
Investments in new equipment for mobile laboratories in 2025 amounted to UAH 7.5 million. In particular, new express analyzers for gasoline and diesel fuel were purchased, which allows now control quality procedure with more than 25 parameters. The test results are available within 20-30 minutes after sampling.
“Fuel quality is not just a technical standard for OKKO, but a guarantee of safety and reliability for every trip our customers take. Our own network of laboratories gives us opportunity to control fuel at all stages, that is why we are constantly investing in this area. In total, our company's investments in the quality control system have already exceeded $2.5 million. We are confident that this is the best investment we can make—in the long-term trust of our customers," said Vasyl Dmytriv, OKKO’s Vice President of Marketing.
The work of the company's laboratories is coordinated by the TFC fuel testing center and undergoes regular accreditation. In addition, the National Accreditation Agency of Ukraine conducts biennial oversight of the center's compliance with management system requirements. TFC successfully passed this oversight in June-July 2025.
