According to the jury of ‘’TOP-100 magazine. Ratings of the largest", the first Vice-president of OKKO Vasily Danylyak entered the TOP-30 of the best CEOs among Ukrainian companies.
Almost 200 CEOs from the largest Ukrainian companies were included in the long-list rating. The largest companies were selected based on consolidated revenue of the previous year. The participants who received the most points of experts were included into the final list.
The jury made their evaluations according to the following criteria: emotional intelligence, anti-crisis management, innovations, leadership potential and change management.
The jury consists of top manager recruiters, personnel training experts, market analysts and members of the editorial board "TOP-100. Ratings of the largest".
