OKKO VICE PRESIDENT YURIY KUCHABSKY AT THE FORUM PETROLEUM UKRAINE 2025: WARTIME FUNCTIONING OF FUEL RETAILERS

As one of the speakers at the Petroleum Ukraine 2025 forum Yuriy Kuchabsky, Vice President of OKKO network informed the participants about the company's experience in extreme wartime conditions. He noted that over the past two years, the risks of enemy attacks on fuel retailers have much increased. In 2024-2025, many more oil depots were hit comparing to 2022-2023.

Each of these attacks resulted in the loss of equipment and goods worth many millions. In particular, OKKO network has suffered a total loss of approximately USD 120 million since the start of the full-scale war. Despite this, the company continues to invest in the economy, pay taxes and create jobs. In addition, OKKO actively supports the Armed Forces of Ukraine and Ukraine’s infrastructure reconstruction, and has already allocated UAH 2.7 billion on these purposes.

The Petroleum Ukraine conference, organized by the A-95 Consulting group, has been held in Warsaw for the third year in a row. And for the third year in a row, OKKO network is one of the official partners of this forum, which brings together all the largest players in the fuel trading of Ukraine, as well as their international partners. In particular, this year it was attended by more than 250 delegates representing 110 commercial organizations. The conference was also attended by representatives of the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine, Naftogaz of Ukraine, the International Energy Agency, etc.
