
According to the results of the All-Ukrainian Customer Experience Award Ukrainian CX Excellence - 2025, OKKO was recognized as a lovemark company - a favorite brand among all networks. The awarding ceremony took place in Kyiv on June 20 and the survey checked more than 17 thousand respondents within the framework.
The research was conducted by 4Service, an international agency specializing in projects to assess and improve the quality of customer service for service companies. Among the companies that also won the love and respect of consumers were Monobank, Silpo, COMFY, Podorozhnyk, Nova Poshta, Kyivstar, Diia, EVA, Adidas, ROZETKA, Epicenter, and TAS insurance company.
